Ranch and Sea Management has a large selection of one, two, three and four bedroom furnished units located on or near the beach. Many of the units are ocean front or have spectacular views. Most of the units are available on a weekly basis. There are, however, a few complexes which do not allow rentals for less than 30 days.



The summer rate will range from $800 to $7000 a week. The monthly summer rate will start at $2000 and go to $5000. During the off-season (September – May) rates will be lower with the weekly rates ranging from $550 to $2000. The monthly off-season rates will start at $1000 and go to $3500. Some of our units are available for a 3 night period during the off-season only. Sorry, no nightly rentals during the summer season.

Rates are based on size, location and view. All of the units are fully furnished and
most all of the units provide linens. Most of the units have laundry facilities on site
or close by. All units have color TV, VCR and Microwave.



You may book a unit over the phone or via internet. We allow a 10 day turn around
for you to send a $250 holding deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, should you decide to cancel. We do offer trip insurance for you convenience.



Once we receive your holding deposit, we will send you a contract to review and sign.
All units that are booked at least 30 days in advance may pay by personal check.
Any reservation booked less than 30 days prior to move-in, must be paid by Cashier Check, Traveler’s Check or Money Order.

 

Balance of you rent and security deposits are due 60 days in advance.  You will not be sent a bill for the balance and monies not received on time will result in AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of reservation and forfeiture of all monies already paid.

 

We reserve the right to decline a Reservation which we do not consider to be acceptable!

 

All reservations are subject to final confirmation by owner.

OTHER CHARGES

In addition to your rent to following charges will be applied

1. A standard cleaning fee (varies on size of unit)

2. A 10% City Bed Tax

3. A $500 security deposit for weekly rentals and a $1000 security deposit for monthly rentals. This deposit is fully refundable with-in 21 days from your departure, providing there are no damages or excessive cleaning fees. Some of our elite units may require a higher security deposit.  


CHECK-IN TIME is 3:00 pm on your arrival date and CHECK-OUT TIME is 10 am on
your departure date. Due to the large volume of check-ins and outs, we must adhere
to these times and you will be charge a fine for early check-in or late check-out.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING UNITS


A few units do allow a small pet, but there will be an additional security deposit
of $250 per pet and a mandatory flea spray and carpet cleaning deducted from this deposit at move-out.


PARKING
Most units have parking on site. If you have a large vehicle, please be sure that it
will fit in the parking area for the unit.


Oceanside has miles of white sandy beaches and sparkling blue ocean. Carlsbad has quaint shops and restaurants in it’s village area and Lego Land. The city of San Diego
is 35 miles down the coast from Carlsbad.
