All reservations are tentative until you are contacted by one of our staff to
verify final confirmation. Prices and availability are subject to change without
notice.
$250 is required to reserve and hold the unit referred to as a holding
deposit. This holding deposit is non-refundable upon booking the unit, should
you decide to cancel at anytime prior to 60 days before your arrival. The $250
will be part of your security deposit once you arrive and be refunded with your
remaining security deposit within 21 days after you depart.
60 days prior to your arrival your balance is due in full. If you should
cancel anytime within the 60 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit you
entire rental amount if a substitute tenant is not found. If a substitute tenant
is found, there will still be a $250 cancellation fee charge. Failure to pay
your balance 60 days prior to arrival date will result in automatic cancellation
of your reservation and forfeiture of your holding deposit. If you chose to
purchase trip insurance, the rental amount you owe may be covered by the
insurance. Please note that you are responsible for remembering your due date
and no invoice will be sent.
You acknowledge that you will receive a Vacation Rental Contract and a Tenant
Registration Form within 10 days of your booking the unit. Failure to return the
signed contract and registration within 14 days of receipt will result in
cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of the $250 holding deposit.
All units are non-smoking units. Smoking in any of our units will result in
forfeiture of entire security deposit.
Check-in time is always 3pm on your arrival date. Check-out time is always
10am on your departure day. There are no exceptions and there will be fines
imposed for early check-in or late check-out.
During the summer season all weekly rentals rent from Saturday to Saturday.
In the off season most weekly rentals will start on any day and some units will
rent for 3 nights or longer.
Ranch and Sea Management will not be held responsible for any item discovered
missing during a guest's stay or left in the unit after a guest departs.
Therefore, do not leave any items outside left unattended and be certain to
always lock doors when leaving the unit for any period of time and keep your car
locked in the parking area. Do not leave any valuables in your car.
You are being charge for a departure clean, which is a basic cleaning of the
unit. There will be an additional charge for units left extremely dirty,
excessive sand in unit or excessive garbage left in unit. There will also be an
additional charge if all the sheets and towels are used during your stay.
Please note that none of our units are provided with air conditioning.
